ABOUT OUR COMPANY
HitzeTek was founded by a professional practice of chemists and engineers. The founders has wealthy experience in multiple power and generation plants that deals with extreme temperatures of hot and colds. The collaboration between chemists and applied engineers formulated the ideal breakthrough of engineering dilemma on dealing with insulation and corrosion under insulation. We have been established since 2005 and currently we have 10 professional capacity of chemists, engineers and one industrial competent person
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to supply premium quality aerogel insulation products for various fields such as construction fields whilst maintaining a green and safe environment.
Our products range from blankets made from ceramic fibre to naturally made silica powder – all aiming to provide an alternative insulation material that exceeds traditional insulation solutions in the industry. All Our products are made to have a long-life service (up to 20 years) and have the lowest thermal conductivity coefficient ever known. Most importantly, our products are environmentally safe and is not made from toxic or corrosive materials.

OUR PRODUCT: AT A GLANCE
Our product is a super critical insulation made from nanotechnology. It is an organic based aerogel is made out of rice husks and other substrates which is available widely and locally here in Malaysia. It is dried in a supercritical fluid of CO2. It effectively reduces the high bitterness of aerogel and enhances the structure between the aerogel and substrates. Aerogel is also widely used in many fields including piping, construction, petrochemistry, in precision instruments and in clothes such as jackets
In making our way towards a greener invented and innovated tomorrow, it is important to us that our product is made from environmentally friendly materials. Henceforth why our product is purely based from rice husks for its high silica content. Our product is locally innovated, produced and manufactured right here in Malaysia.

INTRODUCTION TO OUR PRODUCT
The aim of our product is to provide a cost-effective alternative solution to help overcome situations that causes corrosion. It is based naturally from rice husks – coverings of grains and rice – which comprises of high silica content. They have low thermal conductivity and is 75% thinner than any other competing insulation material, making it the ideal for easy installation in congested areas and near mechanical clashes. Its reduced installation thickness also promotes a speedier and easier-handled application.
WHAT IS AEROGEL ?
Our products – made from naturally based composite aerogel – is the first of its own to be commercialized in Malaysia. It is innovated produced and manufactured in Malaysia. Aerogel, by definition, is synthetic porous ultralight material derived from a gel, in which the liquid parts of the gel is evacuated and replaced by air.

ORGANIC BASED AEROGEL FIBREGLASS BLANKET
Organic Based Aerogel Fiberglass Blanket is one of the most featured product of our company. It is produced by compounding organic aerogel and fibre- glass blanket together. It boasts excellent thermal insulation property, with surface hydrophobicity and flame retardant property (Grade A1). Its thermal conductivity coefficient is lower than air at approximately 0.016W/m·k in room temperature. Its hydrophobic rate can reach 99% at room temperature. Due of its wide working temperature range (-200~650°C), it could be used on pipelines, tanks, furnaces, buildings, etc. The installation process is easy and convenient, which will saves in training costs and construction time.
